  A scarce box of 30-06 Frankford Arsenal test cartridges.  These were part of the old CIL reference collection.  The brown paper box is pencil and marked  HP high pressure.  All cartridges are head stamped F.A. test with a small lead bullet with two types of primers. Scarce cartridges especially in Canada.
