    French Darne 16 gauge shotgun, double barrel, full and mod chokes, 27" barrel with bright very good bores.  The barrels show 80% original blue. The action and the interior action rails remain in excellent condition.  The unique sliding action shows the high quality manufacture as well as the hand engraving on the action and frame with a coin finish.  This example shows a straight grip stock of European walnut.  The wood shows added finish which could be easily improved.  A double shotgun that is not that common in Canada.
