  SN OL 7782 is a Canadian Long Branch #7 22 caliber rifle dated 1953.  The 1953 dated guns were modified to permit the removal of the bolt without raising the backsite.  This # 7 appears to have been modified and rebuilt in 1953 at Long Branch.  This rifle shows a bright excellent bore, original matching bolt and # 1 bolt head.  All parts are LB marked. Both the wood and metal rate as excellent.  This # 7 comes in a correct # 7 transit chest.
