  This is a wondeful Marlin Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine barrel chambered in 38-40.  Barrel is 20" with an excellent, bright strong bore.  Exterior is blued and retains about 96-97% original blue with some fine scratches on the right side near the muzzle, some fine to light scattered marks and dings and a few very small impact marks at the breech end.  Barrel has a clear and crisp barrel address and equally nice caliber mark.   The original front sight is in place.  Best 1894 SRC carbine barrel I've seen in my 50 years in the business.
