  A named pre WWII target shooter's bag.  This leather range case was built by Kelly, a known leather firm from Halifax, Nova Scotia.  The front shows the owner's name, GS. MacArthur DDs who must have been an avid target shooter.  The bag is 10 X 9, all leather construction.  There are 12 cartridge loops and 7 loops for accessories or cleaning material.  A neat range bag from another era.
