• Description:

  SNV8727 is a pre WW1 SHT Lee Enfield MKIII, Canadian issued rifle.  The left receiver ring shows the C broad arrow mark as does the right side of the butt.  The bore rates as bright excellent.  The socket shows the 1912 date.  Both the metal and wood rate very good to excellent.  All major parts are matching.  This rifle was probably issued to the Canadians in England in 1916 after the withdrawal of the Ross Rifle.
