  SN 3402 is a WW1 issue German rifle.  This Mauser shows a bright very good bore in the 29" barrel, caliber 7.92 (8mm) . This issue rifle shows faded blue on the barrel and a grey action and bolt.  All matching parts with the exception of the safety lever and No 3497 on the nose band.  The wood appears to be sound with added finish by a former owner.  Non restricted
