  A great 1943 photograph of the No. 17 company of the Canadian Forestry Corps. This unit shows a mix of both men and weapons. The forestry Corps were made up of men ,especially from the rural parts of Canada, older men ,some WW1 Vets, blacks, and 1st nations, woods men etc. This picture taken in Scotland shows the unit armed with No 1 MKIII Lee Enfields, Pattern 14 Enfields, brew guns and Thompson sub machine guns. A great photo for the Canadian Military or WWII gun collector-original glass and frame.
