Antique percussion single shot fowling gun showing a 32" barrel octagon to round with a corroded but shootable 16 gauge bore and 40" overall length. The percussion lock shows light engraving and sound working action while the barrel is engraved London Five Twist. The piece could be improved with cleaning of the metal and refinishing the wood. Short barrel examples as this are far more scarce than those with longer barrels.
