  SN L10493 is a Browning High Power safari grade 270 caliber rifle.  The prefix L was used starting in 1959 for the Mauser actions in the safari grade rifles.  This rifle shows a 22" barrel with a bright excellent bore .  The finish rates at 95% plus with gold line engraving on the mag plate and trigger guard .  The stock is walnut with fine sound checkering and its original Browning plate.  The scope is a Bushnell Scope Chief 4 X post and cross hair.  A classic Browning rifle built in Belgium with the St. Louis and Montreal barrel address.
