  Canadian military knife.  This piece is in better than average condition and shows a 3/8" C broad arrow property mark .  All three blades are in excellent condition.  OMF is the makers mark.  These knives were utilized by the ground and naval units in both WW1 & WW2 and to some extent in Korea. An excellent example.
