  1L6223 is a new,unfired C No. 7 22 in MK 1 Long Rifle dated 1945. Over our 60 plus years as a licensed dealer we have handled and sold hundreds of C No 7 rifles. We cannot recall selling any unfired as it left the arsenal condition. This example remains in unfired new condition on metal,bore,wood and original sling. The only mark on this rifle is a slight handling scratch on the left side of the stock between the Long Branch marking and the 22 as stampted in the magazine. This rifle is truly one of a kind.
