FAL bayonet built in Belgium which was used by various armies circa 1960's. This was one of the bayonets used by the Argenitine during the Falklands war. The release catch is on the underside of the socket. The socket shows 4 openings that match the slots in the rifle's flash hider. This example comes with it's original scabbard which is often not included with the bayonet.
