  SN 6008351 is an excellent plus example of a Remington 788 rifle mounted with a Bushnell Banner 2.5 power scope with duplex crosshairs.  This unit was built 1984 but has seen little if any actual usage.  Bright excellent plus bore, all bright original blue and stock finish with only minor storage marks.  This item has been in a closet since time of prchase.  References indicate built 1967-1983.  But this example shows an 84 date stamp.  An overall excellent near new example.
