  Scarce SN 855 Shiloh Sharps 1863 54 caliber percussion carbine.  This is one of the original Shiloh built pieces that were built in Farmingdale, NY in the 1970's.  These are basically a copy of the original Sharps but built from more modern material.  This example show the correct 22" barrel with a bright excellent bore.  The metal shows bright excellent case color and blue.  The wood shows all of the original finish .  A very few signs of any signifigant usage. These carbines are far scarcer than the later Shiloh rifles and carbines.  A scarce item on the Canadian market.Black powder percussion.
