This Garand bayonet is one of the earlier bayonets (1905), 16" blade modified to 10" in 1942. Marked OL over US flaming bomb and dated 1942. Reference page 51-54 of "The M1 Garand and M1 Carbine Book" by Bruce Canfield. This example remains in excellent plus condition.
