  SN 818998 is a Winchester built Cooey 410,  2 1/2 /3 ", full choke with bright excellent bore in the 26" barrel.  This model was the Canadian built version of the Winchester 370 USA.This model is built circa 1968-1973.  This example is in better than average condition. 95% finish metal and wood.
